Formed in 2018 by Aaron and Haley Foelsch, this married duo channels pure sonic weight through the slow, heavy lens of doom and sludge metal. What began as an experiment found its true form in 2019: crushing riffs, pounding drums, and bleak atmospheres that drag you under.

Aaron handles guitar riff-laden fury while Haley brings primal power behind the kit, with both delivering vocals forged in anguish and rage.

FFF has carved out a devastating discography of doom-drenched sludge, each release heavier than the last. Their live shows are an impenetrable wall of sound and distortion, taking them from grimy basement clubs to major outdoor festivals. After taking their 2023 release Histories on a tour across the Pacific Northwest, they dominated stages through 2024 and 2025 with high-energy shows that felt more like rituals than performances.

In 2026, the riffs reach a critical mass with the release of their new full-length album, Together Forever, accompanied by a crushing tour. From legendary haunts like The Crypt, Erebus, High Water Mark, and Substation to new horizons on the road, FFF continues to push the boundaries of extreme music.

This is DIY doom. Sludge with soul.
